Minnesota Timberwolves vs. New Jersey Nets

New Jersey Nets -5½-105 at 5 DIMES >

New Jersey -5.5 over Minnesota (7:05pm est): New Jersey comes into this one knowing they have lost four straight games to the lowly Minnesota Timberwolves. The Nets are feeling really good about themselves of late as they have played better basketball when they have been healthy. They have actually covered six of their last nine games against Western Conference foes.

This play has more to do with how poorly the Minnesota Timberwolves are without their star Kevin Love playing. In the three games without Love, Minnesota has lost by an average of eleven points per game Even with Love Minnesota is playing some uninspired basketball down the stretch having lost ten in a row and by an average of 15 points per game during those ten defeats. The Timberwolves have only covered two of their last seven games overall against teams with losing home records and are just 1-4 against the number when facing a team with a losing record.

This time of the year it's about effort in the NBA, especially when it involves two young teams with nothing to play for. New Jersey looks to be building something nice with Deron Williams in town these days while Minnesota has the look of a team counting their days till golf season starts. In a game that should be lined New Jersey minus eight, take New Jersey here and lay just the five and a half in this one.

Utah Jazz vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Los Angeles Lakers -13½-107 at 5 DIMES

Reason: Utah has packed in the season, and the Jazz are 16-34-1 ATS in their last 51 games overall and 8-21-1 ATS in their last 30 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. And against good teams, forget it: Utah is 5-20-1 ATS in their last 26 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. And they face a Laker team that won't be in a good mood after a loss to Denver. It was a big game, as LA had a chance to keep up with San Antonio for the No. 1 seed. The Jazz are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings. Play the LA Lakers.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Memphis Grizzlies Total
199 ov-110
at SPBOOK > 3h. I don't expect a lot of 'D' to be played in this one tonight. The Grizzlies defeated the league’s 2nd-worst team in their last outing and will try to match a season high with their 5th straight victory when they host the Clippers tonight. Memphis enters Tuesday’s showdown in a tie with New Orleans for the final 2 spots in the West. LA is headed for the lottery again, only they already traded that high pick in deal to dump Baron Davis at the deadline, this team is done folks, plain and simple. They will, however, carry some positive momentum into Tuesday’s tilt, having defeated OKC 98-92 on Saturday. Memphis has won four of five in the series, and are shooting 49.4% from the field since the All-Star break (#2 in the NBA). Trends I like for this one include, Over is 13-5 in Clippers last 18 games following a S.U. win, Over is 4-1 in Grizzlies last 5 games playing on 2 days rest. Over is 6-0 in Grizzlies last 6 Tuesday games.

Sacramento Kings vs. Houston Rockets Houston Rockets

at BETUS

Houston Rockets -8.5

The Houston Rockets are in a must-win situation tonight. They actually have been playing in this must-win mode for about a month, and these players are handling it very well. Houston trails both Memphis and New Orleans by 3 games for the 8th and final playoff spot in the Western Conference. The Rockets are 15-5 SU & 13-7 ATS in their last 20 games overall. Houston has won its three meetings with Sacramento (22-54) this season by an average of 14.6 points, the most recent a 123-101 road rout March 7.

The Rockets have now won eight of their last nine home games against teams below .500. The Kings are 11-26 on the road this year, allowing 107.4 PPG and 48.4% shooting. Houston is 27-13 ATS versus poor defensive teams - allowing 99+ points/game this season. The Rockets are 12-3 ATS versus up-tempo teams averaging 83 or more shots/game this season. The Rockets are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a ATS loss. Houston is 4-0 ATS in their last four meetings with Sacramento. Bet the Rockets Tuesday.

SUNS +10.5 POINTS

Expekt dropped line from 12 to 10.5!

Expect Bulls to hold the throttle.

Recently we grabbed a cool win on Raptors +15.5 points and It was pretty easy. Lets now check what we got here...

Suns are out of playoff, whatever. Bulls are in playoff plus they got a record which hurts my eyes(because I would bet everything few years back on that they never will be so close to best Bulls year) and I cant belive it. But, do the job against Suns will be such easy job to go for high win? Rose scored 36 points against Raps, 14 was from free throw line. Is Nash and other Suns defencemans such poor to give him so many chances? I think not.

For sure it is Rose-Nash, but take a note on Boozer and Noah which are both questionable against Suns. Specially Boozer is "something".

Ok, now check it out Nash and Carter are also both questionables. So its like the chances are equalized mostly + some exceptional Rose points. I guess Rose done already his job, is he going to play for long time?

For sure the bookies are OK with 10.5 line but under some circurumstances - the chances are equalized here and I guess we got a little advantage on this line.

Btw +10 availible at 2.00 in Pinnacle.

Great end to CBB Season as Craig nails winner going really BIG on UCONN. Momentum on his side today and has another HUGE 5* NBA Play with his TOP TOTAL OF NIGHT IN NBA. Jump on board and build bankroll for NBA playoffs right around corner.

PHO +10.5: Nash is back tonight for the Suns and they bounce back against the Bulls. CHI has been winning but has only covered in one of last four games. Noah and Boozer are not 100% which will be a problem against great shooting bigs for the Suns.

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Denver Nuggets
United States: NBA Basketball
Wednesday 6th April 2011 - Kickoff 03:05

1 Unit on Denver Nuggets -4.5
Denver needs to win both of its games against Oklahoma City this week in order to have a shot at the Northwest Division title. These two teams will likely meet in the first round of the NBA playoffs with the division winner holding the home court advantage. The Nuggets will likely come up just short in the division race, but they won't squander this opportunity to send a major message.

"You hear Lakers, you hear Dallas, certain teams. But you have to talk about the Nuggets, too," point guard Raymond Felton said. It's hard to argue that. After all, the Nuggets are on a monster 16-4 SU and 18-2 ATS tear. Denver has done a lot of damage this season on its home floor, where it is 31-7 with an average winning margin of 10.4 points. Since the All-Star break, the Nugs are on a 9-0 SU and 8-1 ATS run at home, winning these contests by a ridiculous 19.7 points on average.

The Northwest Division title won't be decided Tuesday night at the Pepsi Center, but the outcome between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets could go a long way toward determining the winner. Oklahoma City (50-26) and Denver (47-29) each have 6 games remaining. Two of those contests are against one another, with the teams meeting again Friday in Oklahoma City.

Denver proved they are a playoff team on Sunday, beating the LA Lakers at Staples Center in Los Angeles 95-90. The Nuggets broke the 10 game home winning streak of the Lakers. Denver has been working on its defense since trading Carmelo Anthony to the Knicks and has held their opponents to just 94.8 points per game since then.

Oklahoma City is going to put Denver’s defensive strategies to the test tonight, as they are on an offensive tear lately, averaging 109.4 points per game during their recent 5 game winning streak before being held to the low 90' in their most recent two games. Oklahomaas offence is built around superstar Kevin Durant with 27.7 PPG.

Home court is extremely important to both teams. The Thunder have taken 8 of 9 in Oklahoma City and the Nuggets are riding a 10 game winning streak in Denver. Oklahoma has not beaten the Nuggets in Denver since 2007.

The two team have met twice this season, both won their home game, Oklahoma the 1st one with 114-106 and the Nuggets the 2nd played at Denver with 112-107.

We can expect a close game here tonight. In regard to their home strenght and their raised self-confidence after their away win against the Lakers, i give the Nuggets a small advantage to win this one tonight.

Medium stakes on Denver Nuggets to win with a margin of 1-12 points.

In addition, the Thunder haven't had any luck at the Pepsi Center, losing their last 7 visits by an average of 19.1 points. We'll lay the points with Denver tonight.
